Drumm must face fraud allegations after court ruling

DAVID DRUMM must face serious accusations that he committed fraud during his bankruptcy proceedings, a court in the US has ruled.

A judge in a Boston court ruled against his motion to throw out a crucial objection against his bankruptcy being discharged.

Drumm, a 45-year-old father of two, argued that the trustee, Kathleen Dwyer, failed to file her objection in time. Judge Frank Bailey did not agree.
