A PUBLICLY-owned landbank which was pulled from the market amid controversy earlier this year has been put back up for sale.

Tenders will be invited again for the development of the 3.78-acre site at Deanrock in Togher, on Cork’s southside, city manager Tim Lucey has said.

The council wants the redevelopment to benefit the local community, with a mix of residential, retailing, civic and institutional uses.
