CAPITAL spending on jobs and enterprise will rise to €514 million next year but will be cut back in future years.

Jobs Minister Richard Bruton said his department was receiving priority, and was the only one set to see an increased injection in capital spending next year which it is hoped will boost employment.

But the spend in 2012 will fall by over 5% or by €56m and remain at roughly that level until 2016.
