Training to raise suicide awareness

A SUICIDE awareness training programme will begin in West Cork later this month.

Figures released last February showed Cork’s suicide levels increased by more than 50% since the start of the recession.

The first of a series of SafeTALK meetings will be held in Rosscarbery on November 21.
