Driver theory test revisions in effect

LEARNER drivers face a new driver theory test to ensure they are up to speed on recent changes in motoring legislation.

The revised questions in the test, which came into effect yesterday, will apply to all applicants for licenses to drive cars, motorcycles, buses and trucks.

The Road Safety Authority said most of the 1,500 questions in the data bank for the test have been revised, updated, or replaced.
