FUN-LOVING, hardworking Bobby Kent was just 52 years old when he was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s.

For his family the news was devastating, but not particularly shocking as they had watched the deterioration of the man they loved for several years before it was confirmed medically.

His wife Jenny, who owns their hotel in Abbeyleix, describes how the illness took hold of her husband.
