Girl became ill after rape at home, court told

THE younger of two sisters who allege they were raped by a man at their home in Kerry told a jury she became ill in the sitting room after being orally raped by the man.

The girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, claimed she had been raped orally and vaginally, and sexually assaulted by the man who used to babysit her and younger siblings. The man was staying in the house for a number of weeks.

Her sister, 12 at the time, has also claimed she was raped and sexually assaulted by the man.
