A final farewell for ‘a good friend’

CLASSMATES of a young football star will line out today in a guard of honour for a final journey for “a good friend”.

Tributes were paid to 14-year-old Jonathan O’Regan, from Glandore Road in Leap, as a tight-knit community rallied in support of his heartbroken family.

Described yesterday as jolly, fun-loving and a friend to many, Jonathan will be laid to rest at Kilfacthnabeg Cemetery in Glandore this afternoon.
