‘I don’t think I am normal. I have excluded myself from the world’

A 23-YEAR-OLD man who has spoken out on radio about depression and social anxiety has set up a Facebook page to talk to people in similar situations and garner support for the taboo issue.

‘I don’t think I am normal. I have excluded myself from the world’

“John”, who has remained anonymous, said he “doesn’t feel like a normal person” and does not know what to do anymore.
