Firm to upgrade sewage plant
Last year Lough Derg Portroe Developments Ltd applied for planning permission to build 29 houses on a site overlooking the lake at Portroe, Nenagh.
The application drew objections from local residents who questioned the demand for so many houses in the village and expressed concern the scheme could end up as a “ghost estate”.
