Harvest Festival gets ready to cook up a storm

A WHO’S who of celebrity chefs will descend upon Waterford city for the annual Harvest Festival next month.

Stretching over nine days from September 3 to 11, the festival will feature some of Ireland’s top chefs and cooks such as Catherine Fulvio of Ballyknocken House; Donal Skehan from RTÉ’s Kitchen Hero; Kinsale’s Martin Shanahan, who presented Martin’s Mad About Fish, Darina Allen, as well as Jean Baptiste Dubois from the Athaneum Hotel.

They will all host cookery demonstrations as well as talks at the Theatre Royal in Waterford, throughout the festival.
