Dublin woman wins €500,000

A Dublin woman got that Friday feeling yesterday when she picked up a cheque for €500,000.

The delighted winner won the top prize in Tuesday’s EuroMillions Plus draw.

“I only checked the ticket yesterday,” said the winner, who wishes to keep the win private. “I’m still in shock.”

The happy lady bought her €3 Quick Pick ticket in Newspoint, The Square Shopping Centre, Tallaght, on the day of the draw. She said that she currently has no plans for the win.
