MODEL and TV presenter Glenda Gilson and her brother Damien could face jail unless they provide a statement of financial affairs in relation to a wound-up car sales company of which they are directors.

High Court judge Ms Justice Mary Finlay Geoghegan, warned yesterday they had two weeks to provide the statement or else they will have to appear personally in court to explain why on June 27.

The judge said she wanted to make it clear if they fail to comply, an order seeking to attach and commit them to prison for failure to do so still stands.
