Carrick ready to rock on the Suir

THE open-air music festival scene will hit Carrick-on-Suir for the first time over the June holiday weekend as part of this year’s Clancy Brothers Festival.

A highlight of the event is Rock on the Suir which takes place at the Wicklow Gardens on Carrick’s North Quay on June 4.

Headline acts for the open-air concert include Mundy and Paddy Casey, who will be supported by El Hombre Jokes, Chimpanbee and Amber Jean.
