TWO men arrested by detectives investigating the murder of PSNI officer Ronan Kerr have been released “unconditionally”.

A 26-year-old man arrested in Scotland and a man, 40, held in the North were released. A 33-year-old man arrested in the North is still in custody.

Constable Ronan Kerr died on April 2 when a bomb exploded under his car at Omagh, Co Tyrone. Police arrested the man in Scotland four days later. The second man was held in Omagh on April 7.
