THE families of two firefighters who died battling a blaze in Bray have expressed their disappointment that no one is likely to be prosecuted in connection with the incident.

It is expected that Wicklow County Council is likely to face charges relating to the deaths of Mark O’Shaughnessy, 26, and Brian Murray, 46, after they fought a blaze at a disused factory in Co Wicklow town in September 2007.

However, it is understood that no individual will be prosecuted.
