Forget semantics — Kenny must clarify position on Lowry

TAOISEACH Enda Kenny has passed up a second chance to state clearly and unequivocally that Independent TD Michael Lowry should resign over the Moriarty Tribunal findings.

Tánaiste and Labour leader Eamon Gilmore has made it clear he believes Mr Lowry should consider his position.

But Mr Kenny has been noticeably less direct, referring to hypothetical situations in an “ideal world”.
