LIMERICK Fianna Fáil TD Niall Collins has launched a campaign to have all of west Limerick brought back into the new Limerick (county) constituency.

Mr Collins is pressing for the areas that were moved to the Kerry North/Limerick West constituency as part of the last constituency redrawing to be reunited with the rest of Co Limerick.

About 8,000 voters from the old Limerick West constituency were transferred into the new enlarged Kerry North/Limerick West constituency.
