The relic, an actual clump of the beatified Missionary’s hair, will be put on display in a remote church in Co Donegal. It is extremely rare such a relic is allowed outside of the Vatican in Rome.

Thousands of pilgrims are already planning to make the journey to St Bridget’s Church in Leitirmacaward during which they will get a chance to be blessed by the sacred relic.
