IN a last-ditch effort to shore up support on home ground, Fianna Fáil leader Micheál Martin yesterday called on the electorate to carefully reflect on the party’s policies before casting their vote.

Canvassing in Cork, Mr Martin said there was no room for “political game playing or make-believe economics” in light of the seriousness of issues facing the country.

He again attacked the main opposition party, reiterating his claim that there is no detail behind Fine Gael’s five-point plan.
