Certificate of Irish heritage on the cards for diaspora

AT LAST a service is on hand to separate the Oirish from the authentically Irish(ish).

This will not be a passport, workers’ visa or the long overdue national identity card.

But it will validate the ancestry of those who do not qualify for citizenship but want their green roots recognised.
