Motorcyclist, 24, dies after collision with 4x4 in Tralee

A 24-YEAR-OLD motorcyclist died after he collided with a 4x4 in Tralee yesterday afternoon.

The accident happened at Lisloose at about 1.15pm.

The man was taken by ambulance to Tralee General Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. The driver of the 4x4 was uninjured.

Gardaí sealed off the road while a technical examination was carried out. Investigators appealed for anyone with information about the incident to contact Tralee Garda Station on 066 7102300, or the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111.
