Bons secures Quinn contract

THE breast clinic at the Bon Secours Hospital in Cork has been awarded the direct payment contract for mammograms by Quinn Healthcare.

It will ensure that all Quinn Healthcare members will be covered for a direct payment outpatient mammogram in the clinic, subject to a GP referral, or in a triple assessment clinic setting.

Meanwhile, Dr Conleth Murphy has joined the clinic’s oncology team. He spent the last two years at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Centre in New York as a clinical research fellow.
