Appeal for information after two separate weekend attacks

GARDAÍ are appealing for witnesses to two separate attacks in Cork, one of which was a mugging.

Officers in Midleton are appealing for witnesses to an unprovoked attack on a Polish man in the town centre last Saturday.

The 34-year-old was on his way home from work at about 6.40am when he was attacked and robbed by two men.
