Man arrested in investigation into father-of-one’s murder

A 26-YEAR-OLD man was arrested yesterday over the murder of a young father-of-one whose body was found in the Dublin mountains.

The suspect was held in the Rathfarnham area of south Dublin by detectives probing the disappearance and killing of Kenneth Fetherston.

The 26-year-old was last seen alive on September 22 last year at Landy’s Industrial Estate on the Knocklyon Road in Dublin.

Mr Fetherston’s body was found on February 2 this year in a ditch in a boggy area by two people walking on Military Road near an area known as the Viewing Point.
