FALLING rents have contributed to the cost of college dropping for a second year, according to analysis at Dublin Institute of Technology.

DIT Campus Life’s annual cost of living guide shows that overall, expenses are likely to be down 4% this year, with a 5% to 10% drop in average rents for student accommodation a major factor.
