Live news updates hit streets of Cork

FROM now on, Cork will be as fast in dispensing breaking news as Times Square and Piccadilly Circus.

A big screen, similar to the iconic ones of New York and London, was unveiled on St Patrick’s Bridge yesterday.

Sponsored by Ford Ireland, it will provide the city with news updates all day, everyday.
