Paedophile priest to get $800 per month in diocese

PAEDOPHILE former Irish priest Oliver O’Grady is to receive almost $800 (€660) a month for the next 10 years from the very US diocese where he molested a number of children.

O’Grady, who served seven years of a 14-year sentence, has confessed to molesting up to 25 children in the US. Those confessions form the basis of the Oscar-nominated documentary, Deliver Us From Evil.

The paedophile was sent to prison in 1993 after pleading guilty to four counts of lewd acts with minors.
