Clerical abuse victims must get reparation, says Brady

THE Primate of All Ireland Cardinal Seán Brady has said much more needs to be done to identify how reparation can be made by the Church for past child sex abuse.

Celebrating the Lord’s Passion in St Patrick’s Church in Dundalk, the Cardinal said he had spent much of the last week listening to survivors of sexual abuse tell their stories.

“They spoke of what they have suffered,” he said.
