Greens prepare for Cabinet reshuffle

GREEN Party leader John Gormley is to speak to the Taoiseach over possible new positions for his party TDs in a potential cabinet reshuffle.

One of two Green Party ministers, Eamon Ryan, said it is ultimately up to Brian Cowen who he wishes to promote but that: “Our leader, John Gormley, will set out any of the things we might look to or things that might happen with regard to ourselves”.

He said: “It’s primarily a constitutional concern of the Taoiseach.”
