THE man who has been on hunger strike for a week over redundancy terms has vowed to continue his protest through Christmas.

Father of nine, John Lane, 54, from Ballylanders in Co Limerick, who has been on hunger strike in Mitchelstown square, in north Cork since last Wednesday, dismissed 4HOME’s offer as “intimidation” and vowed to continue his protest.
