GARDAÍ in Dublin seized heroin with an estimated street value of €300,000.

Officers from the Crumlin Detective Unit stopped and searched a car on Windmill Road in Dublin 12 as part of an ongoing operation into the sale and supply of drugs.

They uncovered two kilos of what is believed to be heroin, which will now be subject to analysis.
