THE BBC hopes to finish a documentary on the life of Stuart Mangan — the inspirational young man left paralysed by a rugby accident — who will be buried tomorrow.

Stuart’s remains were flown home yesterday and were received into the Church of St Therese, Mount Merrion, in Dublin at 5.30pm where hundreds of mourners attended a memorial service.

His alma mater will host a special prayer service in his honour later today. Teachers, parents, pupils and former classmates of Stuart will gather at Rockwell College in Cashel, Co Tipperary, at 12.30pm today when his remains will be brought to the college chapel en route from Mount Merrion in Dublin to his native Fermoy.
