Two women die in road crashes
A woman in her 20s was killed in a road accident in Tipperary. The accident, involving a car and a lorry, happened near Kilsheelan village at around 10pm. The road between Kilsheelan Village and the Merck Sharp & Dohme factory remain closed overnight.
Earlier, a 23-year-old woman died in a crash on the M51 in Co Meath. The single-vehicle collision happened at around 3.15am at Athboy.
