According to a survey by pregnancy and parenting website Rollercoaster.ie and Pampers, 31% of new parents survive on fewer than six hours’ sleep a night.

According to the survey, the piercing shrieks which rouse the zombified parents from their hard-earned rest is the biggest challenge of early child-rearing.
