‘We had to bury him a second time’

IT is nearly 20 years since Karina Colgan lost her son Glen, but she has not got over it.

Karina buried her stillborn son in January 1990 only to discover 11 years later that his organs were removed without her permission and incinerated.

Karina, who lives in Dublin, has two older children Karl, 22, and Sarah, 18.
