Noonan tells Dáil of smear test misdiagnosis after HSE silence
Mr Noonan said he was forced to mention the case in the Dáil because he had not received replies to correspondence about the case which he issued to Health Minister Mary Harney and HSE chief executive Professor Brendan Drumm.
Mr Noonan said the woman had visited a GP who took a smear test for cervical cancer in 2006.
