Go green to make a play for precious tickets

HARD-PRESSED hurling fans unable to get their hands on tickets for Sunday’s big match may be rescued by the GAA and ESB’s “green” website.

All-Ireland hurling final tickets can be won by those who log on to culgreen.ie before tonight and make a pledge to reduce their impact on the environment.

Culgreen.ie is the website launched last month by ESB and the GAA, which is aimed at helping thousands of Croke Park fans reduce their carbon footprint — part of the Cul Green initiative that aims to make the stadium carbon-neutral.
