GARDAÍ in Tipperary town say they are not treating as suspicious yesterday’s discovery of the bodies of an elderly couple in a rural house.

It’s thought that the deaths of the man and woman, believed to be in their early 70s, may have been caused by a gas leak.

They lived in a bungalow at Ballinneety, about two miles from Tipperary town.
