Crumlin rethinks boycott of single children’s hospital
Crumlin has had no involvement with the development board appointed by the Health Minister a year ago to oversee the new hospital project which will merge it, Temple Street Children’s Hospital and the children’s unit at Tallaght Hospital into one facility.
The project’s interim chief executive Joe Kelly told the Irish Examiner a seat on the board was still being kept for Crumlin and he would welcome the hospital’s involvement. “It would be absolutely tremendous to have them on board,” he said.
