A SCHOOLBOY aged 14 was found wearing a bullet-proof vest and carrying a knife when he was arrested early yesterday in Limerick’s St Mary’s Park.

The boy was initially arrested at around 1.30am, together with an 18-year-old youth, when gardaí stopped a car and a knife was recovered.

The 14-year-old was found to be wearing a bullet-proof vest.
