Ógra FF to focus on Ireland’s brain gain at cost of poorer nations

DELEGATES at the Fianna Fáil national youth conference this weekend will discuss the integration of immigrants in Ireland and the resulting “brain drain” in developing countries.

The two-day meeting in Tullamore, Co Offaly, will see 600 party members gather to debate policies and future issues affecting Ireland.

Ógra Fianna Fáil members will focus on the upcoming referendum on the EU Lisbon Treaty, the integration of immigrants into Irish society and the party’s organisation in the North.
