Man ‘directed rage at garda’

A MAN went into a rage after his wife returned from a bank with the news she had spent everything they had in an account.

As he shouted in their car parked outside the bank, he then directed his anger at a garda who approached and told him he was illegally parked, Limerick District Court heard.

Amstrong Ikoro, 39, with an address at Coolbawn, Castleconnell, was yesterday fined €250 for breach of public order and a further €40 for parking on a double yellow line.
