Phone found in back passage

A LIMERICK criminal concealed a mobile phone up his back passage when serving a jail sentence, a court heard yesterday.

Paul Crawford, 34, already barred from his home area of Southill, was before the court yesterday arising out of the discovery of the mobile phone.

Detective Garda Dave Bourke told Judge Tom O’Donnell searches were carried out at Limerick Prison on October 28 last.
