THE Taoiseach has been asked to intervene in a row over the make-up of the Cork Docklands Forum.

Bertie Ahern announced details of the national body last November, which has been set up to coordinate the €2 billion regeneration of Cork’s docklands.

Chaired by former UCC president Gerry Wrixon, it includes senior civil servants from key government departments, the city and county managers, Port of Cork and Chamber of Commerce officials, landowner nominees and community representatives.
