No cocaine link in teen’s death

GARDAÍ investigating the sudden death of a 15-year-old boy have not yet found any evidence he died from cocaine, it emerged yesterday.

Contrary to some media reports that Danny Crilly died from taking cocaine, gardaí said no traces of cocaine were found at the scene and there was no information suggesting the youth consumed the drug.

The youth died at a friend’s house in Marigold Avenue in Darndale, north Dublin, last Sunday.
