Man questioned in fatal stabbing case released

A 25-YEAR-OLD man questioned by Limerick gardaí in connection with the fatal stabbing of retired Army corporal, Stephen O’Grady, was released yesterday without charge.

A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

It is believed gardaí are not seeking anybody else in connection with the incident, which happened at about 2am on Thursday at Mr O’Grady’s home in Lenihan Avenue, Prospect.
