Convicted sex offender Arthur McElhill, 39, his partner Lorraine McGovern and their five children died in the early hours of Tuesday when their end-of-terrace home at Lammy Cresent in the Co Tyrone town was engulfed in flames.

A pathologist who specialises in child death is, it is understood, carrying out the postmortems on the children — Caroline, 13, Sean, 7, Bellina, 4, Clodagh, 18 months, and baby James.
