Crack cocaine dealer jailed for four years
Akeem Soneye, of Flat 2, 19 Grattan Hill, Lower Glanmire Road, Cork, admitted the offence when he was arraigned at Cork Circuit Criminal Court.
Detective Sergeant Lar O’Brien said the drugs squad obtained a search warrant on the basis of confidential information about Soneye’s activities. However, they set up surveillance outside his home rather than going in to conduct a search.
