Check-in glitch causes airport confusion

HUNDREDS of Ryanair passengers were thrown into confusion yesterday after the airline’s online check-in service went offline.

When prospective travellers visited the site they were blocked from entering the information required to register for their flights.

Ryanair announced the online check-in last month to ‘“cut out the queues and overcrowding” and said it was “undoubtedly the way forward”.
